Real estate in Ghana is growing, with new and old players competing strongly to provide the best housing options at the most competitive prices. Figuring out who all the players developing real estate in Ghana however can be difficult. Real estate portals are a useful place to start but you’ll only find developers who have active subscriptions on these sites.
That sucks for home seekers. So we created this page to address that. Note that, a listing here is not an endorsement of any of the developers. We’re just putting out a database of who’s who and doing what.
For a general overview of all the players in the Ghana real estate industry, check out our post on real estate companies in Ghana. It covers everything from real estate agents, developers, online portals, regulatory bodies and associations, schools, facilities managers, and more.
Goldkey Properties is a high-end developer of both commercial and residential properties. The company’s forte is in mixing working and living, birthing their signature Cantonments City, a mixed-use development that is one part a residential community and another part, a business district. The company says of itself, “with our tagline “building prestige”, we’re proud of our reputation built on strong leadership and proven expertise in premium commercial and residential developments.”
In simple words, Lakeside Estate is located at Lakeside Estate. The “community” is also open to development by other developers and has seen the likes of Bijou Homes spring up. This is an interesting co-development concept being explored by Appolonia City as well.
Other than housing, Lakeside Estate also boasts Lakeside Marina Park, a nice getaway that is unlike the other recreational parks and gardens in Accra.
